- Conduct sophisticated AI-powered scenarios and role plays drawing on the knowledge bases you create, and the platform’s best practice view of how to structure, conduct, and given actionable feedback - giving a more realistic experience and impactful experience for participants.
- Interrogate and iterate content based on deep insights. The platform captures granular, actionable insights on each participant’s journey, aggregating a ‘digital twin’ of the organisation or macro cohort these into an organisational learning intelligence layer. You can explore your organisational capability in deep, unprecedented ways allowing you to evolve the design of individual courses, your course catalogue, and wider talent strategy.
