Impact

We designed three new sustainability apprenticeship programmes and a suite of additional modular products by conducting discovery, developing programme wireframes, building comprehensive learner journeys, and confirming programme products for development.

We conducted quality assurance of apprenticeship EPA products and redeveloped ~100 vocational qualifications by reviewing risk, validity, and compliance, creating a baselining toolkit, redesigning content, and ensuring fully compliant products at scale.

We designed and delivered an AI-enabled mobile health prevention pilot for Thames Freeport by combining population-level data analysis, NHS partnerships, AI technology assessment, community-focused deployment, and a rigorous evaluation framework.

We supported an NGO to transform teaching and learning across Ghana by advising universities, strengthening national TVET systems, redesigning teaching and assessment materials, and building in-country capability at scale

We completed a full review of a national regulator’s digital, data, and technology environment and developed a forward-looking strategy and adoption roadmap grounded in user insight, capability assessment, and proportionate investment priorities.
