We led operational and customer delivery for a major awarding organisation during Covid, embedding a PMO, adapting over 700 qualifications, designing teacher-assessed grade arrangements, analysing data, and maintaining exceptional customer experience under volatile conditions.

We supported DfE to design and run the £300m Institutes of Technology procurement process by preparing guidance, managing appraisal stages, conducting independent assessments, moderating scoring, and advising on investment decisions.

We supported Carers Trust across multiple programmes to assess new proposals, understand market and policy environments, engage stakeholders, and define strategic options that would expand national reach, strengthen delivery, and secure sustainable impact.

We developed a new education and training market strategy for a FTSE client by analysing their current propositions and capabilities, conducting extensive market and policy research, and identifying and prioritising the most attractive and accessible growth opportunities.

We designed, secured approval for, procured, and mobilised new cross-Government economist apprenticeship programmes by leading the creation of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessment plans and supporting early-stage delivery.
